Our running shoes are really erasers. Every step erases a memory of a past failure. Every mile brings us closer to a clean slate. Each foot strike rubs away a word, a look, or an event that led us to believe success is beyond our grasp.

About Me

Run On! JT: I have the best children, married for 20 years. I am so grateful to them for helping me in my life. I turned 40 in 2009 and I decided I wanted more out of my running. On May 2, 2010 I ran my first marathon and three more since, this blog is my journal. If some way this can help someone else take running to a new level than that is even better.
