Why I Blog
I finished my 3rd half marathon last November 2009, my time was ok but I realized I had a lot of speed at the end. I really did not push it hard enough. My time was 2:02, I knew I had more. So I decided right then in the middle of downtown Seattle at the finish line of the Seattle Half Marathon "I am going to pull the plug and do the full". So I created this site to help inspire runners or people that are trying to make running apart of their daily routine. Running can become a great way to reach fitness goals, distress (hence the name, “Leave It Running” and just plain FEEL GOOD. When you start your day with a run, you just can’t help to smile.
